Join us for part two of the ESD Alliance/Accellera work-from-home panel series, “The Executive View — Returning to the Office”, this Wednesday, August 11, at 9am PDT. It will be moderated by KT Moore, Vice President of Cadence Design Systems, and features:
In “Remote Work, Remote Chip Design: Building Chips During a Pandemic,” panelists appeared to take the “Keep Calm and Carry On*” refrain while remotely designing and building chips over the past 17 months. Now it’s time to hear the executive point of view as the semiconductor industry starts transitioning back to the office. This panel of executives will build on the earlier discussion with a sweeping view of the industry’s new-found resiliency. The virtual conversation will explore transition strategies, planning the tradeoffs between remote and in-office work and corporate travel.
As a technical community, we’ll hear about executive-level challenges and successes through the use of the cloud to overcome technological issues. Attendees can expect talk about more flexible work from home policies and why re-location may not be a condition of employment.
