The charter of the Governing Council, formerly known as our Board of Directors, is to provide input and steer the direction of the ESD Alliance. Its role is growing, especially as our global footprint expands and we increase our initiatives with the launch of ES Design West. And yes, elections are normally on a two-year cycle. We postponed 2018 elections as we became a SEMI Strategic Alliance Partner.
