Nonetheless, the EDA Consortium is about to take that risk as we kick off our new Legal Series with a panel, “Patents and Patent Litigation –– Develop, Strengthen, and Protect Your Intellectual Property.”

Come meet San Jose’s Mayor Sam Liccardo, who will offer opening remarks, and Trademark Office and John Cabeca, newly named director of the Silicon Valley United States Patent and Trademark Office. The event will start at 6 p.m. with networking and refreshments at the EDA Consortium/SEMI Global Headquarters in San Jose, Calif.
