Why not one word about email? I’ve been using Yahoo for years and have been very disappointed with the support of the email service. Most significantly, IMAP support is terrible. I constantly get error messages every day and I’m repeatedly faced with long delays. Email is the technology most used on computers yet it was not even mentioned. We need to be able to keep our archives of email folders synced between devices so IMAP support is critical! Please devote more time to this!
Also, the Yahoo! email app needs better customization. Millions of American over 45 require reading glasses and want to be able to see their email on their mobile device without their glasses. Yahoo’s email app does not allow you to increase font size of the email list with subject line.
