MOSAID will wind down its remaining ATE business by April 30, 2007 and has arranged with EPM Test Incorporated to provide ongoing sales, support and service for the installed base of MOSAID memory test systems. EPM Test is a new company founded by Altaf Padamshi, currently Director of Customer Technical Support for MOSAID Systems, and Robert Evans, currently Vice President of Sales, MOSAID Systems. The intention is that all of MOSAID Systems' existing purchase orders for training, service contacts, and warranty and software support will be fulfilled by EPM Test.
