Cognitive Measures and Models for Persistent Surveillance

November 15, 2011 -- PV Labs, a leader in the acquisition, processing and storage of Wide Area Motion Imagery (WAMI) is offering to provide wide area, airborne-persistent surveillance imagery data sets (at no charge) for development of applications in support of AF121-023 SBIR opportunity (upon agreement of PV Labs’ software license).

The objective of the proposal is to demonstrate wide area, airborne-persistent surveillance imagery data exploitation analysis techniques with new approaches and integration methodology based on human cognitive task analysis with a focus on real-time analysis and reporting.  The Government has indicated that they do not intend to provide any Government Furnished Data (GFD) in support of development efforts for this proposal.
