What is RSS? RSS
(Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for content distribution. EDACafe.com offers RSS
feeds for each of our primary indexes (News, Commentary, Reviews, Articles, & Blurbs) and for each of our supported
industries (Mechanical, AEC, GIS, EDA, & Other). Each feed includes headlines, descriptions, and links back to
EDACafe.com pointing to the full story.
Internet Business Systems Research reserves the right to require you to cease distributing iEDACafe.com
content at any time for any reason. See usage guidelines below.
Why should I use these feeds?
Compared to other methods of content delivery such as email, RSS allows you to subscribe to a feed anonymously and be
in complete control of that subscription. Via your RSS feed aggregator you can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time and
not worry about receiving unwanted solicitations or giving up your private information. Likewise since RSS is a
neutral data-only format served from a secure server you avoid problems such as spam or viruses.
How do I use these feeds?
Users can use a news aggregator or feed reader application to read our feeds, as well as the feeds from thousands of other
web sites, directly on their computers. Webmasters can also parse these feeds to display EDACafe.com
information on their own web sites.
The quickest way to get started using our news is to download a news aggregator and subscribe to our feed. The aggregator will ask for Internet address, please copy one of the addresses above.

Usage Guidelines We encourage you to use these
feeds, so long as you use the links provided in the feeds, and so long as you provide proper attribution to EDACafe.com.
Whenever you post EDACafe.com feed content on your web site or anywhere else, please provide attribution
to EDACafe.com, either as text (EDACafe.com is our site name) or with a graphic
(we reference a small logo in each feed for this purpose) if you use the feeds publicly -- meaning, where anyone but
yourself will read them. EDACafe.com reserves all rights in and to the logo, and your right to
use the logo is limited to providing attribution in connection with the RSS. We don't require anything dramatic, but
we do ask that you always note the source of the information. |
