Dataram Introduces New DDR2 Line of Memory for AMD Opteron(TM) Processor Based Systems; Both DDR2-667 and DDR2-533 Speeds Offered

PRINCETON, N.J.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Aug. 17, 2006— Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAM), a leading provider of server and workstation memory, today announced a full line of memory modules compatible with AMD's Next-Generation Opteron(TM) processor family utilizing Direct Connect Architecture and HyperTransport(TM) technology. These Socket 'F' (1207) CPUs utilize DDR2 memory for lower power consumption, greater bandwidth and enhanced thermal performance.

Dataram memory modules for these new Opteron's are currently available in 512MB, 1GB & 2GB capacities in speeds DDR2-667 and DDR2-533 in the DTM product line supporting systems builders and OEM's. 4GB modules will debut this fall. Modules are registered, support Chipkill advanced ECC, or standard ECC (depending on model), are low profile and RoHS compliant.

"High-end enterprise users of complex memory intensive applications have been delaying system purchases waiting for these new processors. Now is the time to place those orders, and Dataram has the memory options available for the powerful new servers and workstations that feature these Opterons," stated Paul Henke, Director Product Marketing.

Dataram's DTM line of memory modules feature a lifetime warranty, quality and reliability via advanced design and extensive testing, free worldwide technical support and prompt delivery.
