SI2 Technologies Names Don Flodin Vice President Operations

BILLERICA, Mass., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- SI2 Technologies (SI2), a Massachusetts-based conformal and flexible electronic systems company, has announced that Don Flodin has joined the executive team as Vice President Operations. In this position, Mr. Flodin is responsible for the general management of the staff and programs, as well as developing new business opportunities in the areas of electromagnetic structures, conformal antennas and sensor technologies.

Mr. Flodin brings more than 30 years of industry experience working at major Defense prime contractors where he has a record in leading defense businesses through significant change and process improvement. Most recently, Mr. Flodin was VP Business Development and Strategic Planning at Textron Systems where he led the strategic and business development of Textron Systems' largest business unit. Mr. Flodin also held executive management and operations positions at Northrop Grumman, DRS Technologies and Satcon Technology where he developed a successful track record in general management on both production and development programs. At DRS Technologies and Satcon Technology, Mr. Flodin served as Vice President and General Manager while at Northrop Grumman he was a Director in their Electronic Systems sector.
