The MathWorks Acquires PolySpace Technologies, Leading Developer of Embedded System Code Verification Tools

NATICK, Mass.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—April 25, 2007— The MathWorks today announced that it has acquired PolySpace Technologies, a software company based in Grenoble, France that provides embedded software tools for the automatic detection of run-time errors at compile time.

"PolySpace tools detect the types of run-time errors that are responsible for 30 to 40 percent of all software errors.
