Tanner EDA: Driving Analog Innovation at EAMTA

Tanner EDA to sponsor 57 free seats of HiPer Silicon for 10-day conference

MONROVIA, California – September 24, 2010 – Tanner EDA, the catalyst for innovation for the design, layout and verification of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs), will continue the company’s drive to accelerate innovative analog design through a sponsorship at the fifth Argentine-Uruguay School of Micro-Nanoelectronics, Technology and Applications (EAMTA 2010) in Montevideo, Uruguay in October 2010.


Tanner EDA will sponsor 57 free seats of the company’s HiPer Silicon full flow analog design suite, including new v15 functionality and features, for the duration of the training phase of the EAMTA 2010 conference. EAMTA (and its associated Conference CAMTA) is a high technical quality forum for researchers, technologists and companies in the fields of micro- and nano-electronic technologies. The School is an initiative whose main objective is to promote the development of advanced technology in Argentina and Uruguay through the design of integrated circuits and support/associated technologies. During the week of the event, basic and advanced courses will be offered, including lab sessions with already-fabricated integrated circuits.


EAMTA will be held in the facilities of  Instituto de Ingeniería Eléctrica of Universidad de la República del Uruguay and Departamento de Ingeniería Eléctrica Universidad Católica del Uruguay


EAMTA 2010 will take place from October 1 - 9, 2010.
