Novatek Selects Tensilica’s HiFi Audio DSP for Blu-ray Disc and DTV

Santa Clara, CA USA and Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. — August 20, 2010 — Tensilica, Inc. today announced that Novatek Microelectronics Corp., of Hsinchu, Taiwan, selected Tensilica's HiFi Audio DSP for upcoming DTV (digital television) and Blu-ray Disc SOC (system-on-chip) designs.
