The Application & Customer Support Group is a new function within Hyperstone’s organization. Commenting on this, Dr. Harald Westerholt, CEO and President of Hyperstone said, “The mission of Christian Ehmer’s team is to provide world class customer support, while freeing-up R&D resources, centralizing support efforts and creating a dedicated team. This will allow Hyperstone to operate more efficiently and improve the application specific support when introducing new products”.
Ehmer brings to Hyperstone a solid background of 23 years experience, having held various positions throughout the semiconductor industry. Appointments include: 12 years of engineering at Siemens, three years as an FAE for Xilinx at MEMEC, and eight years of Application Management at manufacturers such as IBM-Microelectronics and Cypress Semiconductor.
