Finally, Kilopass will exhibit at the TSMC Technology Conference, demonstrating its NVM IP available on all TSMC process nodes from 180nm to 20nm, and one of the first antifuse technologies to achieve successful test chips on TSMC's 16 nanometer FinFET process. Kilopass will showcase its IP's ultra low-power and high-performance features, fast access speed, megabits of capacity, more than 10 years of data retention and flexible programming options.The event will be held May 7 at the Shanghai International Convention Center (SICC) from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
