eASIC Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — February 19, 2015 — eASIC Corporation (@easic) today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not been determined. eASIC intends to apply to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "EASI".

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, William Blair & Company, L.L.C., Roth Capital Partners, LLC and Northland Securities, Inc. will act as co-managers.
