The new “TL1L4 series” achieves high luminous flux of 160lm/W (typ.) at room temperature operation. Under conditions of Ta=85℃, operating current can be driven to 1A, and the luminous flux is improved by more than 60% over Toshiba’s current “TL1L3 series,” which contributes to improving luminous efficacy and lower power consumption for LED lighting applications.
