Atrenta Reports 62% New Business in 2013

Strong Momentum for Continued Growth

SAN JOSE, Calif. – March 17, 2014 – Atrenta Inc., the leading provider of SoC Realization solutions for the semiconductor and consumer electronics industries, today announced a record 62% new business in 2013. This new business comes from growth in existing customers and new customers' orders. Atrenta also announced that it added 47 new customers during 2013 which increased its customer count by 25%.

“The semiconductor industry is going through a major paradigm shift with significant emphasis on System-on-Chip (SoC) design. The focus is shifting from design creation to IP sourcing and integration. Atrenta’s pioneering RTL signoff solutions for IP and SoC have played a significant role in enabling this transition,” said Ajoy Bose, President and CEO of Atrenta. “The growth of this sector, along with our ability to reduce costly iterations in this flow, has lead the industry and is now returning dividends. The industry trends continue to be very favorable to our business.”

Atrenta's industry leading growth spanned all of its product lines, including the SpyGlass® Predictive Analyzer® Platform, GenSys® SoC Assembly and Restructuring Suite and BugScope™ Assertion Synthesis Suite. The growth was driven by five different product lines now contributing more than 10% of the company's annualized bookings. Additionally, Atrenta has established direct sales and field support worldwide to ensure global deployment of its software and continued expansion of its business.

"We are very pleased to see our products driving the market and continuing to improve, both in acceptance and in revenue," said Bert Clement, CFO of Atrenta. "With our new business growth in 2013, we are well positioned to drive our revenue growth above 25% in 2014.”
