The global organization reached a membership milestone of over 200 member companies and over 5000 active participants, comprised of the market leaders and innovators spanning the mobile ecosystem. In addition, market deployment of MIPI specifications is growing. According to a recent research report from IPNest, 700 million MIPI-powered integrated circuits will be in production in 2010, with projected growth to 6.2 billion units by 2015.
