His leadership will benefit our customers around the world.” About Emre Tuncer Tuncer was most recently vice-president and architect at Elastix, and brings over 15 years experience in product development and physical design experience for the delivery of innovative products. Previously, Tuncer was a chief technologist and vice-president of engineering at Magma Design Automation, where he managed an international team of developers and product engineers. Before joining Magma, he was at Monterey Design Systems, an EDA startup developing physical design tools. He has a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BSEE from Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
