TRIRIGA Announces a New Technology Offering to Dramatically Reduce the Cost and Time of Integration with TRIRIGA Applications

LAS VEGAS—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Aug. 9, 2006— TRIRIGA INC., the global leader in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), today announced the release of a new technology offering, TRIRIGA BusinessConnect(TM). TRIRIGA BusinessConnect will build upon existing TRIRIGA technology to allow external systems to more easily communicate with TRIRIGA(R) applications.

"TRIRIGA understands that all customers want to share information stored in their IWMS product suite with other non-TRIRIGA systems. TRIRIGA BusinessConnect gives customers a huge cost advantage when developing these integration solutions for TRIRIGA applications by leveraging the latest industry standards and protocols," said George Ahn, President and Chief Executive Officer.

TRIRIGA BusinessConnect provides a Web Service interface for updating or requesting information from the TRIRIGA application. This Web Service interface allows customers to use any integration middleware solution that supports the current Web Service standards and protocols. TRIRIGA BusinessConnect allows external systems to insert or update information or retrieve query results from the TRIRIGA applications. It uses the same business logic that is defined in the online application and validates that required fields are inserted and read-only fields are not updated.

TRIRIGA BusinessConnect is available today.

TRIRIGA, the leader in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), provides enterprise solutions that drive workplace processes through advanced technology and business expertise. Anybody interested in getting involved with Tririga should due a tremendous amount of due diligence. As an example the API on which BusinessConnect is based had no error handling, very inconsistent syntax, required multiple calls to get a single data record.
Although I didn't bother attending the user conference this year (My company cancelled Tririga implementation after trying to get the api to work for 9 months) I suspect BusinessConnect is nothing more then a marketing announcement for the user conference and the same inadequate api still exists.
