The new Board Members are: Philips Semiconductors, represented by Mr. Barry Dennington, Senior VP of SoC Design Technology; and Synopsys, represented by Dr. Don MacMillen, VP of Engineering.
The re-elected Board Members and their representatives are: AMD - Mark Porter; ARM, Inc. - John Goodenough; Cadence Design Systems, Inc. - Jan Willis; IBM Microelectronics - John Darringer; Intel Corporation - Rahul Goyal; LSI Logic, Inc. - Sudhakar Sabada; and National Semiconductor Corporation - James Lin.

Si2 is currently at a record-high of over 100 member companies. Recent new members include: Semiconductor Technology Academic Research Center (STARC), Coupling Wave Solutions, ICScape, OEA International, Sequence Design, Texas Instruments, and ArchPro Design Automation.
