Infiniscale to unveil CALys™, the first Fast Standard Cells Statistical Functional Verification, at 52th DAC

Grenoble, France, May 28, 2015 -- Infiniscale - a leading provider of variability design management solutions dedicated to Standard Cells, Memory, Analog/RF and mixed-signal, announced today that it will unveil CALys™ software, an innovative solution for standard cells statistical functional verification.

Most of companies flows are based on millions of MC runs at each verification iteration.  Preserving Brute Force Monte Carlo accuracy while accelerating verification process from months to days is what CALys™ brings to the market.

ICLys™ 2015 that has been enriched by “Variability eXplorer” will be also unveiled at DAC:

Variability eXplorer: Exploring design performance critical zones, Variability eXplorer will identify marginalities from 3 to high-sigma providing variability induced marginal corners and most influential parameters.

High-Sigma: A Robust High-Sigma analysis against non-linearity and multiple failure zones. HS speedups analysis from billions to a few thousand MC runs
