IXI Technology Acquires RioTech Corporation

YORBA LINDA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- Apr 13, 2015 -- IXI Technology, an established leader in the design, manufacture and support of tactical data communications solutions for military and government agencies as well as private industry, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Irvine, Calif.-based RioTech Corporation. This acquisition will expand IXI's current testing capabilities and contract manufacturing support -- bringing turnkey product, engineering services and testing capabilities to its military and commercial customers.

Founded in 1991, RioTech has provided the commercial and military/aerospace market sectors with turnkey solutions for electronic and software engineering, functional automated test, electronic systems, and build-to-print services.
