Kilopass Recruits Bruce Batemanfor Development of the Next-Generation Memory

Master Innovator and Circuit Designerto Expand Kilopass’ Product Offering Portfolio

Santa Clara, Calif.––September 9, 2014 –– Kilopass Technology Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), today announced the appointment of Bruce Bateman as its Engineering Fellow to joininnovation efforts for the next new alternate memory.

At T-RAM Semiconductor, Inc., he was team director for the design and development of SRAM chips and he wasa key contributor on Metal-Oxide RAM development at Rambus,” said Kilopass Senior Vice President of R&D, Harry Luan. “Bruce has over 14 breakthrough patents in memory, circuit design, and improving processor performance.
