PORTLAND, Ore. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — May 14, 2014 — Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESIO), a leading supplier of innovative laser-based manufacturing solutions for the microtechnology industry, today announced the filing of a patent infringement suit against EO Technics Co.
