United Silicon Carbide, Inc. Selects Silvaco's TCAD Device Simulators

SANTA CLARA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- Jun 26, 2013 -- Silvaco, Inc., a leading provider of Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software, today announced that United Silicon Carbide, Inc., (USCi) of Monmouth Junction, NJ, has selected Silvaco's TCAD simulators for the modeling of their Silicon Carbide (SiC) power devices. After an extensive evaluation and competitive bidding, USCi chose Silvaco for its unique capabilities to enhance the research and development of their SiC power devices.
