BEEcube will be Exhibiting at the Design Automation Conference (DAC)

FREMONT, Calif., May 15, 2012 — (PRNewswire) — BEEcube Inc. will be exhibiting at the Design Automation Conference 49 June 3 - 7. Visit us at booth 519 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, California.

BEEcube Inc., a leading provider of advanced reconfigurable platforms and system-level FPGA prototyping systems will be at DAC 49 with the BEE4, the ultimate full speed FPGA prototyping platform. The BEE4 is integrated with four FMC slots to accommodate ADC/DAC modules for mixed signal and digital communication designs for both commercial needs, defense oriented requirements and is perfect for high-speed real data rate system integration validation.

BEEcube will be highlighting its new wideband DAC and ADC offering. This new offering will be targeting a wider wireless audience of system level FPGA prototyping.

BEEcube will demonstrate BEE systems capabilities as an arbitrary waveform generator. This system implements a complete arbitrary waveform generator with up to 16 billion samples memory capacity. The BEE4 system also allows the user to create any imaginable signal form or preconfigured from Matlab. Signal interface is done directly through one of four BEE4's "combined DAC/ADC" FMC expansion boards.

BEEcube will also be highlighting a new network base demonstration of a 10GB High Speed Ethernet interface communication using our latest built-in IP found in BEEcube Platform Studio™ (BPS).

In addition the latest BEE system, the miniBEE will be exhibited at DAC 49. Packing a quarter of the bunch of the BEE4rter, the miniBEE consists of a single Virtex-6 FPGA, LX240, SX315, SX475 or LX550-2, with up to 16GB of memory, doublewide high density FMC slot, and a high-end Sandy Bridge Intel Processor. miniBEE offers application flexibility and customization as well as significant throughput capacity combined in less space which it makes an excellent lab addition to any testing environment or small real world real time system prototype.

BEEcube will be demonstrating the capabilities of the miniBEE by manipulating live high definition video. The real time manipulation is done all through software using BEEcube's Nectar OS, allowing users to modify filters, FPGA registers, and coefficients interactively.
