    GSA Announces Release of AMS/RF Process Control Monitoring Checklist Version 1.0
    GSA's AMS/RF PCM/Process Checklist Sub-Working has developed a checklist that provides (1) a recommended list of parameters that foundries should measure (i.e., test), (2) a uniform way to measure each parameter (i.e., describe the measurement) and (3) a consistent way to describe the test data. The PCM Checklist is complimentary to the industry.
