A typical ARM based system with AMBA consists of high performance bus (AMBA AHB) and a lower bandwidth bus (AMBA APB). Tata Bridge provides an interface between AHB to the APB address, control and data. The system drives APB peripherals from AHB and returns data and response signals to the AHB. It also decodes a peripheral's address map to select the peripheral.
