This run was to verify process ability of Lead option for the High Density Mezzanine (HDM-Plug/HDM-Receptacle) series connectors. This report documents the surface mount assembly process activities, observations and results for the High Density Mezzanine (HDM-Plug/HDM-Receptacle) connector test vehicle build in the New Products Introduction (NPI) assembly area of the Solectron plant in Austin, Texas.
