The MXL-TXRX-UCB is a Universal CardBus transceiver, implemented using digital CMOS technology. It supports both open-drain output and push-pull modes of operation. This core can operate as a transmitter or a receiver. It operates off 3.3 V power supply and is five V tolerant. The transmitter dive strength is programmable and the receiver hysteresis can be turned on or off. The on chip pullup resistors can be programmed to one of four values from 4 kÙ to 10 kÙ, or completely tuned off.
