		<description>Unfortunately, SoC sign-off accuracy still suffers from old limitation - it remains corner based as it was at birth. Corner based analysis for the design that may span more than 10 mm in both directions? It kills the purpose of sign-off. Can we seriously talk about SoC sign-off without shifting to real-life corner-less approach?</description>
