CEDA turned to Alberto Sangiovanni-Vincentelli of the University of California, Berkeley, to help us celebrate the 30 anniversary of the International Conference in Computer-Aided Design (ICCAD). And, he didn’t disappoint.
In a rousing talk titled, “ICCAD at Thirty Years: Where We Have Been, Where We Are Going, From Transistors to Small Planets,” Professor Sangiovanni-Vincentelli captivated the standing-room-only, lunch-time gathering November 6 in San Jose, Calif. The general chair of ICCAD in 1990, he reviewed 30 years of EDA in his inimitable way.
Professor Sangiovanni-Vincentelli’s talk, part of CEDA’s Distinguished Lecture Series, was captured on video and can be downloaded from our website found at: http://www.c-eda.org/ICCAD_110612/IEEE-CEDA-ICCAD-110612.html.
Be prepared for a treat if you download his talk!
