Overview :
LVCMOS33 CUP and LVCMOS33 ATB CUP belong to SGIO IO T040G, which is Sankalp’s General Purpose IO library in
40nm TSMC G process. For each of these LVCMOS bidirectional cells the output path works upto frequencies of 125 MHz
(250 Mbps) in the 3.3 V mode, and upto 62.5 MHz (125Mbps) in the 2.5 V mode. The input path can operate at frequencies
upto 150 MHz (300Mbps) for both the 3.3 V mode or the 2.5 V mode. Programmable pull-up, pull-down, drive strength and
Schmitt trigger are some of the salient features for the cells. The LVCMOS33 CUP cell dimensions are 40μm x 370μm. The
LVCMOS33 ATB CUP cell dimensions are 40μm x 465μm.

-  Operates at I/O supply of 3.3 V (± 5%) or 2.5 V (±

-  Operates temperature range −40C to 125C

-  Uses SVT core devices and 1.8V oxide devices
-  ESD hardness of 2kV HBM and 500V CDM, latch-up
- of ± 100mA
-  Supports Flip-chip, 8-layer(602) or 9-layer(702) metallization
- with Circuit-Under-Pad(CUP)
-  Power supply sequence independent (PSSI)
-  Compliant to JESD8C in 3.3 V mode and IEEE 802.3-
