Sankalp Semiconductors Pvt Ltd
Short Desc. : SGIO IO T040G-LVCMOS33 CUP, LVCMOS33 ATB CUP 3.3 V Bidirectional LVCMOS with Programmable Schmitt Trigger, Drive & Pull-Up/Down
Overview :
LVCMOS33 CUP and LVCMOS33 ATB CUP belong to SGIO IO T040G, which is Sankalp’s General Purpose IO library in
40nm TSMC G process. For each of these LVCMOS bidirectional cells the output path works upto frequencies of 125 MHz
(250 Mbps) in the 3.3 V mode, and upto 62.5 MHz (125Mbps) in the 2.5 V mode. The input path can operate at frequencies
upto 150 MHz (300Mbps) for both the 3.3 V mode or the 2.5 V mode. Programmable pull-up, pull-down, drive strength and
Schmitt trigger are some of the salient features for the cells. The LVCMOS33 CUP cell dimensions are 40μm x 370μm. The
LVCMOS33 ATB CUP cell dimensions are 40μm x 465μm.
