Sankalp Semiconductors Pvt Ltd
Short Desc. : SGIO IO T040G-LVCMOS18 CUP, LVCMOS18 ATB CUP 1.8 V Bidirectional LVCMOS with Programmable Schmitt Trigger, Drive & Pull-Up/Down
Overview :
LVCMOS18 CUP and LVCMOS18 ATB CUP belong to S GPI IO T040G, which is Sankalp’s General Purpose IO library
in 40nm TSMC G process. Each of them is a LVCMOS bidirectional cell which operates on 1.8 V supply, at frequencies upto
200 MHz(400 Mbps). Programmable pull-up, pull-down, drive strength and Schmitt trigger are some of the salient features
for the cells. Cell dimensions are 25μm x 170μm.
