Overview :
The FA626 is an ultra high speed general-purpose 32-bit embedded RISC processor. It consists a synthesized CPU core, an MMU, separate caches, scratchpads, and other units. The CPU core implements the ARM V4® architecture. Configurable features are available for the caches, scratchpads, and write buffer. The FA626 runs at operation frequencies up to 500 MHz (worst case) with low operation power. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, especially those requires high performance, low cost, and low power consumption. The single-phase clock and standard-cell based approach make it easy to integrate the FA626 in any SoC design.
