Overview :
The FXVDTL010H70A, a Voltage Detector (VDT) circuit, is designed to generate a high / low level logic for precision power supply monitoring systems. It consists of a high precision bandgap voltage source and a comparator with hysteresis. When the monitored voltage VCC5I rises above the detection level (VDET + VHYS), the output VOUT is generated as logic HIGH. After VCC5I drops below VDET, the output VOUT is generated as logic LOW. An additional input signal, PD, can power down the bandgap and comparator to return the output VOUT to logic Low. This IP provides a moderate supply glitches immunity. It supports operating voltage range of 2.5V ~ 6.0V with operating junction temperature in the range of -40℃ ~ 125℃.
