Overview :
The FXBG020HB0A is a bandgap voltage reference circuit with low power dissipation, low temperature coefficient and high power supply rejection ratio. It is designed using UMC 0.15μm FSG HS logic process. An internal trimming design is used to achieve accurate output voltage with process variations. In addition, an enable / disable function is incorporated to control this IP and force its output to low when EN is set to “Low”. This cell supports operating voltage range of 1.0V ~ 1.8V with operating junction temperature in the range of -40 ~ 125.℃℃
