OmniPHY, the market leader in IP implementations of Base-T protocols such as 10/100 and Gigabit, today offers silicon proven implementation of Automotive Ethernet: IEEE 802.3bw and BroadR-Reach, on TSMC's standard CMOS process technology. 

The technology drives Ethernet over unshielded twisted pair, significantly reducing the harness weight relative to existing four-wire shielded solutions. Care is taken both in the standard and in the implementation of the OmniPHY IP to address EMI. 

The IP is suitable for integration into a variety of applications including switches, ECU's, camera's, sensors, and more! Owing to the standard CMOS process used, power is very low and the IP is very integration-friendly.
