MIGDAL HA'EMEK, Israel, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT) today announced that Toshiba Corporation has ordered multiple Falcon 830 bumped-wafer metrology systems. The systems will be used in Toshiba's manufacturing plant in Oita, Japan, for in-line inspection of 300 mm wafers through measurements of bumps.
