ISQED Quality Award (IQ-Award) ceremony will be held during Tuesday March 23 luncheon. Best papers will be also announced during the same session.
Technical Sessions
Technical sessions start on Tuesday March 23, and continue until the afternoon of Wednesday, March 24. Beside the above plenary sessions, panel discussions, and workshops, the program consists of 22 technical sessions featuring well over 120 papers on various challenging topics related to design, design flows, and design for manufacturability and quality.

Free Exhibitions
ISQED 2010 Exhibition floor will be open on Tuesday afternoon, March 23, and features quality-minded vendors offering design tools, methodologies, and services in the areas of design for manufacturing, yield, reliability, and quality. Exhibition includes over 40 technical presentations. Exhibition floor attendance is free but needs
