Semi-Pac has been providing advanced semiconductor packaging design and rapid prototype services can now offer its customers a smooth transition into Silicon Valley based volume production. i2a can now offer its customers Semi-Pac’s advanced packaging engineering capabilities and services. Having both prototype engineering and volume production in Silicon Valley can shave months off new product introduction schedules.
